DAY 1 – cleanse day

Well, the 2 pre-cleanse days are over. Today is day 1 of the official 9 day cleanse. It is the first cleanse day.
It’s 11:30 and so far I’ve had 1 cleanse drink, 2 snacks, 4 almonds and just finished my 2 isa delights. In about 30 minutes i will have my 2nd cleanse drink. I am feeling a bit tired, but that could be because of the weather too – it’s gloomy and raining.
Usually by now, I have 3 bottles of water – but I’ve only had 1/2 a bottle. I will up the water this afternoon.
I’m amazed at how much the isadelights fill you up. I had 1 at 11:00 and another at 11:15am and I am actually quite full now. They are tasty and I can’t wait to have my next 2 at 4pm… LOL 
Enjoy your day 1 of cleansing and don’t give up because day 2 is even better!
